I want to dye my hair?

I wanna dye my hair pink and blonde. Its currently an orange blonde colour (it was black so it went orange when i dyed it again) but im not sure how to, like should i do the top one colour and the bottom a different or all pink or what? I have shortish (almost to my shoulders) hair thats kinda in a punk/scene style. How should i do it? Two colours? Or one?
