What to do, what to do?

how come someone say they really like and miss you and talk to you everyday and every night for hours and hours so much that i got unlimited texting, kiss you, introduce you to the family, then all of a sudden not see each other for 2 months, nor even get back to me through text for over a week? How could a person be that busy to not even say hello? I tried to wait a few days before texting again, i already told him i havent heard from him, is he ok, or mad at me? He did not respond. Why would a person who cares about you just randomly ignore you? Just last week he texted me that hes sooo sorry hes been soo busy with his family and work. But that was last week, I think every time we get close he pushes me away. Why am i stressing over him? Do you have any ideas what to do, it hurts a lot :(
