If I go to the gynecologist, and I'm under the legal consent age to have sex in my state what will happen?

MDs in most jurisdictions are ethically bound to treat patient info as confidential - doctor/patient privilege is usually more jealously guarded even than solicitor-client privilege. Why not call or write to the local College of Physicians and Surgeons to confirm when, if ever, MDs are allowed to breach confidence? Here in Canada they are all'd to do so when they feel someone/the public is in imminent danger, i.e. perp patient confesses to murder and/or desire to kill usually substantiated with enough to support a reasonable belief s/he'll do so.
