Idea for a Wedding reading to join us as a new family (stepchildren)?

I have 2 boys from my first marriage, aged 10 & 12 and we are going to have a family unity candle having the 4 of us light the candle, we are not sure at the moment whether the registrar will read our unity candle vows which we have that will include the boys, we have been told they may just ask us to light the candles and not read anything out, so I was hoping to find a nice (shortish) poem/reading that is about a start of a new family that someone could read whilst the four of us are lighting the candes, it is not just our wedding day but also the day that my fiance becomes my sons' stepdad and I am looking for something to include that in the ceremony. We have lived together for 7 years so they are already close to him so its a sort of celebration for them too and I want some nice verse to show this. Any suggestions appreciated.
