What movie is this scene from PLEASE HELP!!! ANYONE WHO KNOWS MOVIES?

I remember flipping through channels and saw a scene from a movie(possibly tv show) where this obviously blind guy, young, clean and sharply dressed in a work suit i think. He was in a guys office sitting and talking to the guy at his desk. They were talking and the blind guy was playing with a small basketball in his hands. I think the man who owned the office said something to do with the blind guy being blind. The blind guy then turned around and drained the ball into the basketball hoop on the back of the door. The blind guy was young, 30-40, good looking, gray eyes, dark shortish hair. I remember these details but nothing else. That's all that i remember, but have remembered it for a several years and it has driven me crazy not knowing what is was. Please help i beg you! Ill give lots of points
