How do i avoid this girl in high school?

Ok so next year ill be a freshmen and i dont want this girl ( gonna be loser) following me cause we know eachother. I dont want to be mean and say i hate you! But i dont wanna make it seem like i wanna be her friend cause the way she is ... is different... she wont stop talking to me ever since she got my number and she is always asking me to introduce her to my friends. She just annoys people and is a complete weirdy, and i dont want people to avoid me cause i hang with her. So basiclly i dont want to ever talk to her again. Please help!! With her always texting and calling me and how to avoid her in high school with out being mean or runing my rep. Please helpp. Thankss!!
